Deanna has been in the service industry since she stared her working career. In 2002 she received her real estate license to fill her need to be a bigger part of peoples lives. Deanna was passionate about helping change the lives of people and being a part of a familys life while buying or selling the biggest investment they have ever done was the one thing she knew she could be good at.
Early in her real estate career she quickly learned that not all licensed agents were in the business for the same reasons. Most of them are in it just for a payday and could really care less about the feelings of their clients or hers.
Coming from the Midwest Deanna grew up with a set of values not shared with many of her colleagues in the Southwest. She understands the time and commitment it takes to do a job right. It not about the money its about the task at hand. A job well done is not only satisfying but it reaps rewards beyond a paycheck. Being part of familys decision to buy or sell their home is gratifying in only ways she can really comprehend. Its being part of something bigger than herself.
Since 2002 the real estate market has been on a roller coaster ride. The ups have been very high and the lows very low. Deanna has survived by keeping a steady course and keeping true to her beliefs and treating every client with the utmost respect and passion. In 2012 she and her husband Keith, a licensed real estate broker, purchased their Exit Franchise in the Litchfield Park, Avondale, Goodyear area. Why Exit? Exit was the only company out of 15 franchises they looked at that put the agents success first.
Exit Realty-Realty Place is focused in the West Valley of the Phoenix Metropolitan area, and has plans to expand to 5+ offices encompassing the entire West Valley. Their vision is to have 5 office with 250+ agents all exceeding $100,000 per year in gross commissions by 12 noon August 3, 2018.
